Role Description — Sales Executive (Maternity & Newborn Essentials)

Location: J.P.Nagar, Bengaluru | Type: Full-Time, On-Site

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our maternity, new-born, and baby products retail team. The ideal candidate will engage with expecting parents and new parents, understand their needs, and provide the right product recommendations — from strollers, car seats, cribs, and baby gear to maternity and new-born essentials .

Daily responsibilities include guiding customers through product features, ensuring a smooth buying experience, achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and contributing to overall store growth. You will also help with product training, stock understanding, and accurate sales documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills , with the ability to build trust with new and expecting parents
• Proven ability in sales , preferably in retail
• Confidence in explaining baby gear (strollers, car seats, cribs) and maternity essentials after training
• Experience in sales management or customer engagement is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple customer needs
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in maternity, new-born, or baby products retail is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
