Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Chandigarh, India. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, presenting and promoting the company's products, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include identifying potential leads, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, conducting product demonstrations, and providing training sessions to ensure customer satisfaction. The individual will collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.


Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Communication and Customer Service
  • Proven experience in Sales, including the ability to drive business and meet targets
  • Experience in Sales Management and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions and build lasting client relationships
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Understanding of the glass or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Educational qualifications in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields are preferred
