Sales Specialist

We are looking for an inbound sales representative that will be engaging with our customers and partners, providing exceptional service and support, receiving orders and exploring additional requirements. The role requires timely and accurate reply to all the incoming emails,

taking inbound calls from new and existing customers, cross-selling and up-selling

products and making outbound follow-up calls to help customers with their buying

queries and decisions

Responsibilities

• Timely, professional and accurate reply to all incoming sales inquiries received by phone, email and other formats.
