Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist with experience handling international clients . The ideal candidate will be responsible for qualifying prospects and closing deals through calls, chats, or digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound B2C sales interactions with international customers
- Convert warm and cold leads into confirmed sales
- Effectively pitch products/services to consumers.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle objections confidently and close sales on calls
- Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM systems
- Follow sales scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards
- Provide an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products/services where applicable
- Work across international time zones and shifts as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of B2C international sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Ability to build quick rapport with customers
- Target-oriented mindset with high energy and resilience
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
