Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist with experience handling international clients . The ideal candidate will be responsible for qualifying prospects and closing deals through calls, chats, or digital channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound B2C sales interactions with international customers
  • Convert warm and cold leads into confirmed sales
  • Effectively pitch products/services to consumers.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Handle objections confidently and close sales on calls
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM systems
  • Follow sales scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards
  • Provide an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products/services where applicable
  • Work across international time zones and shifts as required


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2C international sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities
  • Ability to build quick rapport with customers
  • Target-oriented mindset with high energy and resilience
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
