Summary:

• $5.77 USD per hour ($12,000/year)
• 40 hours per week (you are expected to be on Zoom the whole time)
• Schedule is 9am to 5pm CST time
• HubStaff productivity tracking software will be installed on your computer to monitor screen and track activity.
• Meet with potential clients on Zoom
• Provide fast, friendly resolutions by responding to client messages, helping schedule meetings, and answering basic questions.
• Coordinate between clients and team members to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
• Track issues, document feedback, and escalate complex requests to improve overall client experience.
