Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Project Sales professional to drive specification and project business for premium tiles and surfaces. The role involves close coordination with architects, builders, developers, and project consultants to ensure brand specification and order closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle project sales across residential, commercial, and institutional projects in Delhi NCR

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and PMC consultants

• Ensure product specification at design and planning stages

• Track projects from lead generation to order execution and payment collection

• Coordinate with channel partners, dealers, and internal teams for smooth project execution

• Conduct product presentations, mock-ups, and site visits

• Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the project segment

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Candidate Profile

• 2–6 years of experience in project sales within building materials (tiles, sanitaryware, CP fittings, marble, plywood, paints, etc.)

• Strong architect & builder connect in Delhi NCR market

• Exposure to specification-driven sales is mandatory

• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills

• Self-driven with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
