Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our team and oversee our dairy product sales operations in the Dahyieh area. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in FMCG sales and a strong understanding of the dairy market. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, driving sales growth, maintaining key customer relationships, and ensuring flawless execution in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
•Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Ensure effective coverage and route planning for maximum market reach.
• Monitor daily sales performance and provide regular feedback and reporting.
• Implement sales strategies and promotional plans to increase product visibility and sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct market visits and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a sales supervisory role within the FMCG sector (dairy industry experience is a plus).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actions.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
