Job Description
- Oversees and manages the sales support team to ensure they perform their daily tasks efficiently.
- Helps create sales policies and ensures they are followed properly.
- Helps remind sales managers of urgent tasks and monitors account executives to ensure good performance.
- Monitor and record daily sales report
- Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the CEO from time to time.
Job Requirements
- College graduate of Business Management/Administration or any related field preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of sales operations and management.
- Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
- With excellent problem solving skills.
