Job Description

  • Oversees and manages the sales support team to ensure they perform their daily tasks efficiently.
  • Helps create sales policies and ensures they are followed properly.
  • Helps remind sales managers of urgent tasks and monitors account executives to ensure good performance.
  • Monitor and record daily sales report
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the CEO from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • College graduate of Business Management/Administration or any related field preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of sales operations and management.
  • Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
  • With excellent problem solving skills.
