Our headquarters are in Bahrain, but we have established our presence in Dammam, Jubail, Riyadh, and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, and Dubai and Jebel Ali in UAE.

 

A quick overview:

In this role, you must oversee the team’s performance and drive them to deliver exceptional sales results. You must have a genuine passion and desire to drive sales, and lead teams. You must be a coach in nurturing the performance of your team and leading the team to achieve departmental goals.

 

Your key duties:

  • Adopt innovative sales strategies to ensure we remain the top preferred supplier in the market.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve the goals of the department.
  • Responsible for leading, training, and coaching the sales team, developing talent, and ongoing mentoring/performance development.
  • Manage the team’s overall performance and identify the parameters for evaluating the team and designing evaluation methods.
  • Be fluent in handling advertising and marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Identify potential customers and increase the sales business share in the market.
  • Prepare various reports as and when required.
  • Coordinate with team members to schedule weekly visits to customers (Demo/follow-up).
  • Identify and improve the internal process and procedures to ensure accuracy.
  • Responsible for driving sales, brand awareness, and acquiring new clients.
  • Ensure stock is maintained and all tools are advertised in the showroom for clear visibility.
  • Create an inspiring environment with open communication culture and ensure all staff issues are addressed and attended to.
  • Maintain successful relationships with internal teams in sales, finance, logistics...etc.
  • Seamlessly resolve and record any customer complaints and ensure minimizing such cases in the future.
  • Assume the responsibility of payment collection in collaboration with credit control and finance teams.

Ideal Candidate

  • Graduate of any business/engineering courses.
  • Relevant experiences in the same field of work are preferred.
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
  • Having excellent communication skills, creative, resourceful, and a team player.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff members.
  • Capable of working under pressure with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with the ability to train and motivate teammates.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Minimum work experience of 4 - 5 years in a similar field.
  • Having a valid Bahrain driver’s license.
  • Experience in CRM will be an added advantage.
