NeoWork is seeking a hands‑on Sales Supervisor / Team Lead to support a fast‑growing, patient‑focused healthcare organization in the US. This is a player‑coach role. You will manage and coach appointment setters while actively handling inbound leads to ensure strong coverage, speed, and conversion.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, working inside a CRM daily, and driving performance through clear processes, coaching, and data. You will partner closely with the client's leadership team and help shape sales workflows, reporting, and team standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of appointment setters in a remote environment.
  • Actively handle inbound leads for approximately 50‑60% of your time.
  • Monitor and improve key KPIs such as response time, booking rate, and show rate.
