The Role: Sales Coordinator (Appointment Confirmations & Scheduling)

This role is the “glue” between our field lead generation team and our Design Consultants . Your primary responsibility is to confirm booked appointments and schedule them accurately into calendars daily , ensuring the right customer is booked with the right consultant at the right time.

You’ll be on the phone a lot. You need to enjoy talking to people, be sharp with admin, and handle multiple stakeholders with calm, professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Confirm booked appointments via outbound calls (and follow-up messaging where required)
  • Validate decision-maker details, site address, timing, and appointment expectations
  • Schedule confirmed appointments into Design Consultants’ calendars daily
  • Improve attendance / sit rates through diligence and proactive follow-up
  • Maintain accurate notes and updates across internal systems/CRM
  • Coordinate with lead generation, sales consultants, and leaders to resolve issues quickly
  • Hit activity and quality KPIs (including 250 outbound calls per week minimum)

What We’re Looking For

  • Confident communicator with strong phone presence and resilience
  • Highly organised: fast, accurate scheduling and strong attention to detail
  • Sales/admin mix: friendly but firm, able to drive outcomes
  • High emotional intelligence: can manage multiple teams and priorities
  • Comfortable in a KPI-driven role with high outbound call volumes
  • Ideally based in/near Perth CBD and available full-time

  • Australian citizens / PR / full working rights preferred
  • Working Holiday Visa may be considered only with a minimum 6-month commitment

Salary & Benefits

  • $60,000 base + super
  • OTE up to $70,000 (performance-based)
