Job Description

Requirements:

  • As a sales support, will answer to customer queries, schedule meetings, and sales appointments at Skills and Solution Centre. Scheduling customer meetings and conferences etc.

  • Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Regular follow ups with sales team and check on order bookings status.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with Customer Order processing function for order processing.‍

  • Maintain an organized and presentation and system for administrative and sales professionals.

  • Compiling of various sales data and providing inputs and support the sales department.

  • Supporting in sales initiatives and events organised at regions, managing tracker and compiling reports.
