Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to members of AAP and the other individuals seeking assistance by answering questions about products or services, processing orders and handling complaints.
  • Maintaining relationships with current customers by providing them with product information and promotional offers.
  • Adhere to and meet set schedules, deadlines and quotas
  • Accurately and efficiently encode all data; Confirmed that entered data accurately aligns with original documentation/ requirement/s;
  • Performing administrative tasks such as greeting clients, answering phones & scheduling appointments
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Perform any other office tasks as assigned by the AAP Main Membership Manager.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree (4-year course)
  • Preferably with sales or customer service-related experience
