The Role

As a Sales Support Coordinator , you’ll be a key partner to the sales team, supporting both pre‑sales and post‑sales operations and ensuring a seamless experience from proposal to delivery.

You’ll be across the details, the data, and the coordination, making sure nothing falls through the cracks while helping sales opportunities move smoothly forward.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Entering client and site details into the finance system
  • Preparing quotes, raising orders, and supporting sales documentation
  • Compiling and maintaining site lists and billing summaries
  • Coordinating with project teams on new orders, player fulfilment, and dispatch
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases
  • Conducting site inspections and pulling together images and insights into polished summary presentations
  • Scheduling meetings and capturing clear, actionable notes
  • Supporting client management activities and special projects as needed

About You

You’re organised, switched‑on, and enjoy working behind the scenes to make things happen. You likely bring:

  • Strong administrative or sales support experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow‑through
  • Confidence juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach

Experience in tech, media, retail, or project‑based environments will be highly regarded, but attitude and capability matter most.
