Insight Global is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to manage operational processes to support the Sales organization and internal stakeholders. This includes monitoring and managing shared mailboxes to ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries. The role involves assisting with pricing requests, approvals, and updates to maintain consistency and compliance. The coordinator will provide day-to-day operational assistance to Sales representatives, including troubleshooting and process guidance. They will partner with internal teams such as Marketing, IT, and Accounting to resolve issues and streamline workflows. Additionally, they will accurately input and maintain data in ERP, CRM, and other systems to ensure integrity and reliability.
