About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to assist the sales team with coordination, follow-ups and operational support. You'll help ensure sales processes run smoothly and clients are well-supported.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support sales activities with scheduling and client follow-ups
- Prepare sales documents, summaries and simple reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to support client requests
- Maintain sales records and pipeline tracking
- Assist with onboarding and post-meeting follow-up tasks
What We're Looking For
- Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with a service mindset
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, Excel and digital tools
- Sales support or coordination experience is an advantage
