Sales Support Engineer

Job Objective:

• Provide Technical Pre-sales customer service and support to new and existing customers
• Create quotations, preparation of forms for BMS solutions
• Show excellent customer service by telephone and email
• Support the team in areas of sales and marketing – preparation of brochure etc
• Create powerpoints and slides
• Prepare technical sales documents, including simple quotations, BOQs
• Arranges service appointments with customers. Track customers' request and ensure follow up.
• Support the team in areas of technical sales and marketing.

Job requirements

• Working experience is not essential as on job training will be provided.
• Diploma Engineering, Degree Engineering
• Good team player and sales service oriented.
• MS Office Excel and Powerpoint
• Able to start within short notice or immediately is advantageous.
