About the Role

: To provide excellent sales support to OCEANIA TMs assigned and their accounts on bookings up to shipment, Aviat online store, and customer engagements.


 Responsibilities:

  • Must be knowledgeable on Microwave to understand whole sales process which will requires Heavy customer engagements on their Purchase Orders, inquiries, validation of orders against PO etc.
  • Creates and updates sales forecast of opportunities in Sales Force
  • Validation of customer POs (checking the line items based on BoM submitted, Freight Terms, Payment Terms, etc.)
  • Booking of customer POs in Oracle (fixing margin and freight issues if needed)
  • Processes NCO (no charge order) and SOCO (sales order change order) to resolve certain Material and SW issues
  • Monitors equipment manufacturing and shipments until delivery to prescribed warehouse (in collaboration with Order Management and Logistics)
