Ticket Rescue is an exciting and growing company shaking up the event ticketing industry. We provide a fast, reliable way for people to sell tickets to live events (sports, concerts, theater, and more). Our goal is simple: make selling tickets easy, safe, and efficient — and make sure no tickets go to waste.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is a support position for our Sales Leads , designed to help them operate at maximum efficiency. As a Sales Support & Customer Operations Specialist, you’ll work behind the scenes and alongside our leads to keep customers moving smoothly through the sales pipeline.
You will regularly communicate with customers in written English (chat & email) and also collaborate with teammates in spoken English via Slack huddles and team calls. Clear, professional communication is essential to success in this role.
