Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Team with day-to-day operation needs to achieve and maintain profitability
  • Provide admin support such as handling enquiries via calls/email correspondences promptly
  • Assist to prepare contracts, room blocking matters and etc
  • Assist in preparing sales reports for corporate office.
  • Maintain sales promotional materials; prepare sales kits and collaterals when required
  • Assist with sales presentations preparations
  • Competitors analysis
  • Other sales support activities as required

Requirements

  • Fluent in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel)
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality industry will be an added advantage
  • Meticulous, quick to adapt in a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure
