Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Team with day-to-day operation needs to achieve and maintain profitability
- Provide admin support such as handling enquiries via calls/email correspondences promptly
- Assist to prepare contracts, room blocking matters and etc
- Assist in preparing sales reports for corporate office.
- Maintain sales promotional materials; prepare sales kits and collaterals when required
- Assist with sales presentations preparations
- Competitors analysis
- Other sales support activities as required
Requirements
- Fluent in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel)
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality industry will be an added advantage
- Meticulous, quick to adapt in a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure
