Sales Support Executive

Responsibilities

Support day to day trade activities such as updated daily and monthly sales report, pricing updated in system, maintaining information files and processing paperwork, analysis the sponsorship, entertainment has been incurred by the sales team vs actual sales.

Prepares and follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them. (Responsible by the on-field team)

Handling calls for answer enquiry and complaint from customers, inform sales person any information updated by other department.

Check aging and print out statement and call customer chase for payment, inform updated information to customer and provide pricing details. (Collection responsibility fall under the on-field team)

Informs GM on the sales event or activities, outstanding issues with the related department.
