Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales support and administration for the SAP system.
  • Assist sales team in creating and updating sales orders, quotations, and invoices in the SAP system.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales documentation and records.
  • Coordinate with various departments, such as finance and logistics, to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Generate sales reports and analyze sales data.
  • Participate in system testing and implementation of SAP enhancements.
  • Provide training and support to sales team on the usage of the SAP system.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of sales support processes.
