Sales Support Executive (Customer Service)

Overview

Assist Project Manager on leading complex quoting activities landed at Transpak Penang, including cost modelling, margin analysis, and competitive pricing strategies for Sales/Project Manager to approve.

Support the Project Manager in conducting cost analysis to provide insights for strategic pricing adjustments and business direction.

Provide technical support for engineering related inquiries. Work closely with Engineering team to communicate customer feedback and product improvement.

Work with Procurement Team on sourcing to ensure quoting activities is conducted smoothly and quote is submitted within lead time.

Work closely with Sales and Project Management Team to understand latest business direction and strategic, performance price calculation and analysis with adherence to the business strategy for quoting activities.
