Job Description

Job Objective:

  • Provide customer service and support to new and existing customers
  • Create quotations, preparation of forms
  • Show excellent customer service by telephone and email
  • Support the team in areas of sales and marketing – preparation of brochure etc
  • Create powerpoints and slides
  • Prepare sales and purchases documents, including simple quotations, invoices, POs and other documents.
  • Arranges service appointments with customers. Track customers' request and ensure follow up.
  • Track payment status and follow up with outstanding payments from customers
  • Support the team in areas of sales and marketing.
  • Receives goods and prepares them for tech team

Job requirements

  • Working experience is not essential as on job training will be provided.
  • Diploma, O or A Levels
  • Good team player and sales service oriented.
  • MS Office Excel and Powerpoint
