Job Description

  • Manage export shipments to customers and distributors, including drop and overseas shipments
  • Prepare and handle shipping and commercial documents using the internal system
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team for shipment arrangements
  • Prepare required export certificates
  • Submit Letter of Credit documents to the bank
  • Work with external partners such as freight forwarders, customs agents, logistics providers, and delivery vendors
  • Process purchase orders and shipping instructions for overseas vendors
  • Negotiate shipping rates and contracts to control costs
  • Plan and track inbound shipments from local and overseas suppliers
  • Monitor loading and unloading costs
  • Handle shipment issues such as shortages, incorrect deliveries, or defective items
  • Prepare reports and support daily logistics operations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
