- Manage export shipments to customers and distributors, including drop and overseas shipments
- Prepare and handle shipping and commercial documents using the internal system
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for shipment arrangements
- Prepare required export certificates
- Submit Letter of Credit documents to the bank
- Work with external partners such as freight forwarders, customs agents, logistics providers, and delivery vendors
- Process purchase orders and shipping instructions for overseas vendors
- Negotiate shipping rates and contracts to control costs
- Plan and track inbound shipments from local and overseas suppliers
- Monitor loading and unloading costs
- Handle shipment issues such as shortages, incorrect deliveries, or defective items
- Prepare reports and support daily logistics operations
- Perform other related duties as assigned
