Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide sales support and administration for the SAP system.
- Assist sales team in creating and updating sales orders, quotations, and invoices in the SAP system.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales documentation and records.
- Coordinate with various departments, such as finance and logistics, to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Generate sales reports and analyze sales data.
- Participate in system testing and implementation of SAP enhancements.
- Provide training and support to sales team on the usage of the SAP system.
