Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide coordinating support between vendors and customers
  • Prepare Sales Quotations using CRM
  • Provide the necessary administrative support and assistance in project sales and wholesales
  • Handle complete order processing from receipt of customers’ order confirmation to issuing of orders to vendors and ultimately ensuring timely delivery to customers
  • Monitor customer accounts and receivables

Requirements

  • Diploma in Building Management/Electrical Engineering/Business Management
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in lighting or building industry
  • Experience in freight forwarding will be an advantage
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous, able to multi-task & work independently
