Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide coordinating support between vendors and customers
- Prepare Sales Quotations using CRM
- Provide the necessary administrative support and assistance in project sales and wholesales
- Handle complete order processing from receipt of customers’ order confirmation to issuing of orders to vendors and ultimately ensuring timely delivery to customers
- Monitor customer accounts and receivables
Requirements
- Diploma in Building Management/Electrical Engineering/Business Management
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in lighting or building industry
- Experience in freight forwarding will be an advantage
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Meticulous, able to multi-task & work independently
