Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team, including handling customer enquiries on order and product status.
- Prepare, process, and manage sales-related documents such as sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and shipping documents.
- Coordinate order fulfilment with internal departments and external parties to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Issue purchase orders to principals/HQ and maintain sales and service agreements.
- Follow up on L/C and T/T payments, including overdue accounts, and report to Sales PICs.
- Support logistics coordination, shipment tracking, and documentation, including L/C shipments when required.
- Prepare and update monthly sales, order, and shipment reports for management and Finance.
- Maintain accurate customer, sales, and order databases.
- Assist in cross-functional projects, ad-hoc tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline with at least 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience using SAP HANA and proficiency in Microsoft Office (basic Excel required).
- Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Customer-service oriented with good attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and SOPs is an advantage.
