About the Role:
LATAM Partners is seeking a highly organized, bilingual Sales Support & Executive Assistant to work from our offices in Guadalajara and support a U.S.-based flooring and remodeling company headquartered in Kansas City. This role is key to ensuring smooth coordination across sales operations, customer communications, and executive tasks.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with efficiency and professionalism. Youll work closely with the sales team, operations team, and clients to ensure project follow-through and administrative organization.
