Your Key Responsibilities:
The candidate will support Business Strategy & Planning Senior Manager and the team in all of the main responsibilities and tasks by providing the most efficient contribution in terms of reporting, analysis and data management.
•Analyze Sell-in, Sell-Out, Stock and turnover data, preparing weekly reports to support the sales & strategy teams
• Collaborate with budget team in budget management and in the preparation of monthly forecasts related to promotional spending across the retail & amazon channels, supporting the sales team in day-to-day activities.
• Support KAMs in contract reviews and develop monitoring reports to track the achievement of contractual targets.
• Analysis of sell out data progress per product family
• Supporting the promo plan management and profit & loss operational management of the client (contract progress, canvass, competition).
• Preparation and analysis of commercial reports, support on Business plan preparation
• Orders Management and alignment with order desk, SCM
• Holding regular monthly review meetings with internal stakeholders of other functions such as PM’s , Finance, SCM, Sales KAMs

Role and Responsibilities

What we need for this role

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

Educational Background: Masters / Bachelor preferably with Economical specialization.

Professional Background: previous internship in a sales department and/or online contest will be considered a plus

Computer Knowledge: proven good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint

Language Knowledge: good written and spoken English.

Others : strong analytic skills, dynamism and flexibility, problem solving approach, proactivity
