Job Summary

• Reviews accounts for booking & ensuring that pre-booking requirements are complete prior to the release of loan proceeds to the developer or individual seller.

How will you contribute?

• Handle the post booking document review process and tagging of submitted documents
• Handle follow-up of document deficiency post booking and should be submitted prior to start of the 1st amortization.
• Handle other non-core function of AO that will be transferred to Fulfillment such as handling of deferred requirements to proceed with booking
• process amendment request on accounts with changes on unit that has credit impact

What will make you successful?

• Having bank experience particularly on Housing Loans
• Knowledge on housing loan products, policies and procedures
• Knowledge in lending operations and credit policies.
