Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of professional driving experience in a logistics or delivery company, with relevant driving experience within the UAE preferred.

About the Role

This role supports both customer sales inquiries and day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth handling of Balikbayan box shipments from booking to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to Balikbayan box services (pricing, schedules, delivery timelines)
  • Communicate with customers in Tagalog and English
  • Support the sales team with quotations, bookings, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate pickup, packing, consolidation, and shipment schedules
  • Track shipment status and provide updates to customers
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams, drivers, and overseas agents
