Job Description

What you will do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding account status, credit terms, and payment issues. Deliver prompt and professional customer service to resolve concerns effectively.
  • Assist in evaluating and processing credit applications, including collecting required documentation and conducting initial assessments.
  • Support the credit team in setting up job accounts and processing lien releases, particularly for solar-related projects.
  • Collaborate with the solar team to manage solar material documentation, track inventory, and ensure accurate credit allocations on customer accounts.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the solar team, including coordinating communications, maintaining records, and supporting project documentation needs.
  • Maintain accurate customer account information in the financial system. Monitor accounts for overdue payments and discrepancies.
