What you will do:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding account status, credit terms, and payment issues. Deliver prompt and professional customer service to resolve concerns effectively.Assist in evaluating and processing credit applications, including collecting required documentation and conducting initial assessments.Support the credit team in setting up job accounts and processing lien releases, particularly for solar-related projects.Collaborate with the solar team to manage solar material documentation, track inventory, and ensure accurate credit allocations on customer accounts.Provide general administrative assistance to the solar team, including coordinating communications, maintaining records, and supporting project documentation needs.Maintain accurate customer account information in the financial system.
