Job Summary


Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Associate, Sales Commission to join our Sales Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing monthly commission payments and providing critical financial analysis and reporting for the North America Sales Organization, ensuring pay accuracy and compliance.


What You’ll Do


In this role, you will:

  • Process and manage monthly commission payments for a designated geographic area, including creating, analyzing, and maintaining complex spreadsheets to ensure timely and accurate disbursements.
  • Collaborate with Sales VPs, Regional Sales Managers, and Sales Operations to research commission issues, communicate exceptions to compensation plans, and provide actionable reports for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and SOX Checklist requirements while performing peer audits and maintaining accurate documentation throughout all commission processes.


What You’ll Bring


The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the finance and accounting domain (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or Reconciliation) within an international Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector supporting North America clients.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial data analysis with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Proven ability to manage various tasks in a fast-paced environment, displaying strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Any graduate degree is required, with an added advantage for experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Salesforce.com or Oracle CRM.
