Role and Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for customers and business partners related to the Projects process.
  • Provides customer support, order, and payment‑related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinates with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
