Job Description

Responsible for monitoring sales and leasing reports and coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs with the Property Management Team.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring sales and leasing reports such as Leads, Inventory, Control Form, Consolidated reports, Sales and Leasing Summary, Aging Report of all projects, and Benchmarking and competitor checks.
  • Coordinating with the Property Management Team for move-in and move-out of tenants.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related course.
  • 0-2 years experience.
