Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to learners who have withdrawn, become unresponsive, or rescheduled their courses to understand their concerns and re-engage them.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of course completion and provide motivation tailored to each learner's goals.
• Utilize persuasive and empathetic communication strategies to encourage learners to stay enrolled.
• Maintain accurate records of learner interactions, concerns, and resolutions in the organization's CRM system.
• Collaborate with the academic and administrative teams to address learner concerns and provide relevant support.
