YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Lead the sales support team dedicated to the commercial region
  • Develop the team in line with our strategy and required skillset
  • In this role you are a key player to shape the future and structure of our Sales Support function in
    LATAM in line with our latest mission M28
  • Ensure excellent customer service to dealers and distributors for units and parts, accessories,
    and apparel.
  • Work on continuous improvement by applying operational excellence to maximize the
    effectiveness of your team
  • Manage your own operational responsibilities to support the team in the day to day business
  • Maximize and optimize shipments according to our Lean principles and operational policy
  • Manage dealer inquiries through case in Salesforce
  • Actively support the commercial teams in achieving the defined commercial objectives
