Support UK construction project sales by researching, verifying contacts, and updating CRM data for Yempo’s prestigious clients.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Review existing HubSpot projects and cross‑reference with clients to identify missing or updated information.
- Populate HubSpot deal records with accurate details such as companies involved, project scope, and contact names.
- Maintain consistency and clarity across all project records.
- Call and e‑mail companies connected to each project to confirm relevant contacts using HubSpot Calling and log all communications.
- Aim for approximately 10 dials and 5 outbound e‑mails per hour, maintaining professional communication.
- Progress at least one project per day out of early research stages and record outcomes clearly.
- Hand over qualified projects to Project Sales when appropriate.
