**What to expect:**
+ Supporting the sales team:Welcoming visitors, receiving and managing mail and couriers.Ensuring the day to day running of the sales team errands - ordering office supplies, refreshments, accommodation, supporting colleagues and administration associated with the operation.
+ Supporting the marketing team:Preparing materials for events.

+ Excellent organizational skills, ability to plan your time, prioritize and meet deadlines.
