Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate field sales and telesales teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Mandatory hands-on experience in handling both field sales and telesales teams
Plan and execute field sales and telesales strategies to improve productivity and conversions
Conduct regular field visits and call reviews with team members for coaching and performance improvement
Monitor field activities, telesales calling performance, attendance, and daily productivity
Ensure achievement of field and telesales revenue targets and overall business growth
Train and onboard new sales executives for field sales and telesales processes
Maintain MIS, reports, and performance dashboards for field & telesales teams
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and quality standards across field and telesales operations
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Field Sales & Telesales with Team Handling
Must have managed both field sales teams and telesales teams (mandatory)
Strong exposure to on-ground sales operations and telesales processes
Comfortable working 6 days a week with rotational shifts
Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and people management skills
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset with ability to manage hybrid sales teams
