Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate field sales and telesales teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Mandatory hands-on experience in handling both field sales and telesales teams
  • Plan and execute field sales and telesales strategies to improve productivity and conversions
  • Conduct regular field visits and call reviews with team members for coaching and performance improvement
  • Monitor field activities, telesales calling performance, attendance, and daily productivity
  • Ensure achievement of field and telesales revenue targets and overall business growth
  • Train and onboard new sales executives for field sales and telesales processes
  • Maintain MIS, reports, and performance dashboards for field & telesales teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and quality standards across field and telesales operations



Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Field Sales & Telesales with Team Handling
  • Must have managed both field sales teams and telesales teams (mandatory)
  • Strong exposure to on-ground sales operations and telesales processes
  • Comfortable working 6 days a week with rotational shifts
  • Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and people management skills
  • Target-oriented and result-driven mindset with ability to manage hybrid sales teams
