Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute zone-wise / area-wise sales strategy across Hyderabad.
- Lead door-to-door sales activities, ensuring effective customer engagement and conversion.
- Organize and manage stalls/kiosks to promote the brand and generate high-quality leads.
- Monitor and track daily sales performance, ensuring the team meets assigned KPIs and targets.
- Provide on-ground guidance, coaching, and support to the field sales team.
- Conduct regular training and motivational sessions to enhance the team's productivity.
- Ensure sales reporting, lead management, and feedback loops are maintained accurately.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for marketing materials, operations, and escalations.
