Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Monitor call quality, productivity, and conversion ratios
Coach and train team members to improve performance and customer engagement
Handle team attendance, rostering, and performance reviews
Maintain MIS reports and sales dashboards
Ensure compliance with company sales processes and quality standards
Support business growth through effective lead management and follow-ups
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2C Telesales
Proven team handling / people management experience
Fluent in Tamil (mandatory)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Qualification:
Graduation preferred
