This is a full-time position for a Sales Team Lead, based on-site in New Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a dynamic sales team, creating and implementing effective sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. Other responsibilities include managing client relationships, overseeing customer service and engagement, and mentoring team members to achieve sales targets. The role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, along with a proactive approach to achieving business objectives.
We are seeking a  results-driven Sales Team Lead  to manage, motivate, and scale a high-performing team of  Inside Sales Executives / Admission Counsellors. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep sales expertise, and a passion for education.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Admission Counsellors
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly admissions targets
Coach team members on effective sales techniques and objection handling
Monitor CRM activities and ensure timely lead follow-ups
Improve sales pitches, scripts, and conversion processes
Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings
Handle escalations and support the team in deal closures
Track, analyze, and report sales performance to management
Candidate Profile
4–10 years of experience in  Ed Tech / Inside Sales / Education Counseling
Proven track record of team handling and target achievement
Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills
Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales funnels
Excellent problem-solving, coaching, and mentoring abilities
