Operations Team Leader


Gurugram


The Operations Team Leader is responsible for developing measurement tools (KPIs) and strategies to meet the goals of each metric negotiated under the trade agreement with the client. He or she must also ensure that the development of the operation is carried out without any setback. Performs administrative duties for the team, motivates TLs’ and agents to perform at their maximum capacity in order to fulfill professional growth targets, enhance the productivity of the account, and the overall profitability of the company. In this role, you have to work in sync with the rest of the stakeholders to drive performance and efficiency.


Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication

Should have at least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader

Experience in Sales will be mandatory

Meeting or exceeding key metrics in your current role for the last 6 months

No active disciplinary processes

Working as a Leader in International sales

Knowledge of process specific metrics and guidelines
