Position overview:

Our Sales Team Leader Vaccines inspires, supports and leads group of colleagues interacting face to face with our customers. She/he strives to understand the customers' needs and coordinates omnichannel efforts across territory of North-Eastern Poland to support and grow our customer centric business model. The Sales Team Leader is based in the field within his/her defined territory and reports to the relevant Franchise Lead.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Leading the vaccines sales team in a respective territory ( North-Eastern Poland).

• Fostering psychologically safe environment whilst not compromising on performance.

• Orchestrating omnichannel effort across entire territory in close cooperation with Marketing and Medical functions.
