You will collaborate with both customers and internal teams to resolve inquiries and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of product features, installation processes, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM and help desk software is a plus.
  • Technical degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
