Responsibilities



  • Provide technical support in the pre-sale phase by addressing customer inquiries and product queries.

  • Conduct product demonstrations to illustrate the features and benefits of offerings effectively.

  • Engage in consultative sales techniques to understand client needs and align them with appropriate solutions.

  • Work alongside sales teams to generate leads and follow up on opportunities.

  • Assist in demand analysis to forecast potential sales and identify market trends.


Requirements



  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, or Engineering)

  • Experience Level: 2–5 years of experience in sales support or a related field
