Responsibilities
- Provide technical support in the pre-sale phase by addressing customer inquiries and product queries.
- Conduct product demonstrations to illustrate the features and benefits of offerings effectively.
- Engage in consultative sales techniques to understand client needs and align them with appropriate solutions.
- Work alongside sales teams to generate leads and follow up on opportunities.
- Assist in demand analysis to forecast potential sales and identify market trends.
Requirements
