A leading global elevator company is seeking a motivated Sales Trainee in Hamilton, Ontario. This position is part of a 5-7 month training program where the selected candidate will work closely with the Sales Leadership Team to develop skills in sales and business development. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and preferably 1-3 years of customer-facing experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft software. This role serves as a pathway to transitioning into a Sales or Account Manager position within the company.
